




Your nutrition plan will be written with your food preferences taken into account and set up to help drive performance and physique development. Your training program will be written based on the parts of your physique that I identify as needing work as well as the equipment you have available, you will send me videos of you performing exercises that I will give feedback on . I will also advise you on the supplementation and you need to help you sustain health while transforming your physique and assess blood work to monitor health further.
As we work towards a tangible goal such as a photoshoot or competition you will have access to zoom consultation calls with me, regular check ins and updates, an enhanced check in form and all the resources you need.
When show/shoot day arrives, I will be there to help make sure everything goes to plan, tweaking things as I see fit to ensure you are peaked perfectly.
As with the Life package, you will also be given access to the Team TBF portal, team days and WhatsApp Group Chat.
